A note on artificial intelligence

I am offering a guarantee for as long as I can foresee, and to the best that I’m aware, I will never use AI generated text, sound, video, or images on this website. (This includes AI enhancements of images or video and AI automated editing of video or audio.) In a world where it is getting harder and harder to tell the difference, knowing that there are sanctuaries that remain on the internet where real people can interact with ideas and productions of other real people is important. I’m very concerned about the flood of AI generated content online which is diluting the compendium of human knowledge and effort infused into the internet of old. I encourage others to make a similar pledge to improve the state of the web and return utility to the knowledge base of mankind.
